Intakes/Bio-Psycho- Social Assessments is conducted by Randy, a 20+ yrs. experienced staff whom has gained the respect of the staff as well as patients through his commitment and responsibility in identifying presenting problem, meeting patient needs, thus assuring patients' meet criteria out-patient treatment and or other while providing an intake assessment. Randy will provide and make referral/match patient with a therapists' expertise for ongoing therapy and future well being.

Randy is a local resident that has been with PACCO LLC since the beginning. He has a sense of community awareness which adds a wealth of information in the needs and lack of continuum of behavioral health care services. Randy plays an integral role as part of our multi-disciplinary treatment team in providing Intake assessment, thus making appropriate referrals to our professional staff. He is goal oriented, an altruistic individual who brings a unique first hand knowledge of direct care, expeditiously matching patients needs with Licensed professionals expertise / respective discipline. As Research & Business Development Coordinator he's involved in day to day operations, strategies & discussing new business opportunities. Randy consults MD's on new medications, evidence based practices as well as professional staff in regards to individualized & customized treatment. Randy also blogs & is involved in connecting social media: Facebook, Linkedin, Twiitter to our websites, as well as initiating contact with residential hospitals, emergency rooms and referral resources, etc,.
